From my sketches and mark-ups you’ll prepare precise floor plans, elevations, and sections that comply with the international design standards we follow. Accuracy in dimensions, layering, and annotation is critical because these drawings go straight to consultants and the permitting set. Here’s what I’ll look for at hand-off: • Editable DWG files for every plan, elevation, and section • Matching PDF sheets sized for plotting • Drawings organised on my layer template and checked against the relevant code clauses we discuss up front I’ll provide red-lines after the first submission within a week; final revisions come back promptly after that.
