job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer – ISO-Standard Engineering Design (Confidential Subsurface Industrial System) Description: I am seeking a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Systems Designer to develop technical documentation and 3D models for a proprietary industrial system. This project involves specialized machinery for deep subsurface operations. At this stage, I am conducting a qualification-based selection. Full technical specifications, including the "Trench-and-Insert" mechanics and system architecture, will be disclosed only after a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed with the selected candidate. Requirements & Qualifications: Standards Compliance: Expertise in ISO 128 (Technical Drawings) and ISO 129-1 (Dimensioning). Precision Engineering: Advanced knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Background: Proven experience in heavy machinery, hydraulic attachments, or subsurface/excavation equipment. Software: Proficiency in SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar high-end CAD software. Deliverables: Ability to produce 3D CAD models, exploded views, and manufacturing-ready 2D drafts. Selection Process: Phase 1: Review of portfolio and ISO-standard drafting samples.
