Specifications: Total Plate Size: 167.4 mm x 127.83 mm (6.6" x 5.03") or as close as possible. Grid: 12 rows × 16 columns = 192 cells. Cell Size: 9.525 mm x 9.525 mm (square cells). Grid Layout: 12 rows, 16 columns. All grid lines are engraved, not cut. Labels: "Letter 1", "Letter 2", "Letter 3", "Letter 4" above the 4-column blocks (top margin) (Columns 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, 13-16). "1" to "12" next to the rows (side margin). All labels are part of the final product and must be within the final plate cut border. Font: Sans-serif (e.g., Arial, Helvetica), size = 10 pt (approx. 3.53 mm) or other legible font. Line Weights and Layers (Critical for Laser Software): All lines must be on the correct layer and have the correct line weight.
