Dear Sir/Madam I'm looking for an experienced motor cum EM design engineer to independently sanity-check a set of motor designs we've developed for UAV outrunner applications (BLDC/PMSM, up to ~3 kW). I don't need a redesign — just your expert judgment on whether each design is: 1. Physically feasible — geometry, winding, magnetics, and materials are self-consistent and buildable. 2. On-target — the claimed performance (torque, Kv, efficiency, losses, temperature) is realistic and consistent with the stated geometry/operating point. 3. DFM-compatible — manufacturable with standard lamination/winding/magnet processes (slot fill, tooth/yoke widths, magnet sizing, airgap, tolerances). I'd share a results pack per design: dimensions, winding spec, materials, operating point, and predicted performance — enough for you to assess independently.
