I’m ready to move from rough ideas to a fully documented residential design and need a professional who can translate those ideas into clear, build-ready drawings. The brief is straightforward: • Create a complete 2D floor plan in AutoCAD that maximises space usage for a single-family home. • Develop matching 3D exterior elevations that embody a clean, modern aesthetic—think simple lines, balanced proportions, and contemporary materials. • Supply the native .dwg files along with print-ready PDFs and at least four high-resolution rendered views (front, rear, and two perspective angles). Accuracy in dimensions, wall sections, window schedules, and overall coherence between plan and elevation is essential. If you prefer to model in SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max before exporting, that’s fine—as long as the final deliverables include the AutoCAD drawings and the renders outlined above.
