Animation in Blender [20 seconds] (cycles)

I have a blender project of VR glasses. Need them to be animated up to 20 seconds with similar movement and light transitions like the attached video example.
Deliverables: just a low draft example video so i can see how it looks and the blender file so i can render the video myself on my own computer in high resolution
Timing of transitions should match the attached music. [Please don't just auto-bid on project without having any clue with big price tags, read first, thank you]
