We are seeking an expert 3D Designer/CGI Artist to bring to life a prestigious national project: "The Future of Veterinary Technologies City" in Riyadh. This is a massive industrial hub (600m x 373m) designed with a futuristic aesthetic aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. The primary requirement is not just a 3D model, but a production-ready cinematic environment optimized for high-end post-production in Adobe After Effects. Key Responsibilities Master Plan Design: Visualize a site of 223,800 m² featuring 29 industrial buildings (5,000 m² each, 3 stories) and a central Iconic Residential Tower (Landmark). Realistic Environment: Craft a high-fidelity desert environment integrated with a highway, featuring active logistics (trucks, loading zones) and 3D characters with Arabic features. Cinematic Tours: Create seamless exterior fly-throughs and detailed interior walkthroughs of laboratories, production lines, and government research centers. Asset Integration: Integrate provided specialized machinery and production line equipment into the 3D scenes realistically. VFX-Ready Export: Prepare and export scenes specifically for professional compositing. Required Deliverables 4K Cinematic Renders: Full-motion video (Aerial, Eye-level, and Tracking shots). High-Res Stills: Panoramic and detail-oriented architectural renders. Post-Production Assets (Mandatory): Render Passes: (Ambient Occlusion, Z-Depth, Reflections, Object IDs/Multi-mattes). 3D Camera Data: Exported as .jsx or .c4d to ensure perfect camera matching for motion graphics in After Effects. File Format: Preference for Multi-layer EXR files to allow for professional color grading and depth-of-field control. Candidate Requirements Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 or 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona). Compositing Knowledge: A deep understanding of the pipeline between 3D software and Adobe After Effects. Attention to Detail: Ability to depict realistic lighting, textures (PBR), and cultural nuances (Arabic-featured staff).
