PBR materials with correct scale and roughness maps. Realistic vegetation with wind animation (if Lumion used). Smooth dolly, pan, and orbit shots – no abrupt camera changes. Soft depth of field for cinematic look. 4. Materials & References Provided by Client CAD drawings (.dwg, .dxf) or Revit model. Floor plans & elevations. Site plan with landscaping details. Material & finish specifications. Garden planting plan (if available). Reference images for style, lighting, and mood. 5. Timeline & Budget Initial draft: within X weeks.
