Project description – PDF to DWG conversion (architect-ready) We require the conversion of an existing PDF architectural plan into a fully workable DWG (AutoCAD) file suitable for architectural design development. The project αφορά a two-level (two-storey) layout. The DWG file must be clean, accurately scaled, and properly structured so that an architect can immediately use it for further design work, revisions, and submissions. Scope of work: – Convert the provided PDF floor plans into an editable DWG format – Ensure correct scale, dimensions, and alignment based on the original drawings – Re-draw all architectural elements clearly (walls, openings, stairs, shafts, structural outlines, etc.) – Organize the drawing using logical layers (walls, doors, windows, annotations, dimensions, levels, etc.) – Remove raster images; all elements must be vector-based – Ensure line weights, hatches, and blocks are clean and CAD-standard – Deliver one DWG file per level, or a single DWG with clearly separated levels (to be agreed) Deliverables: – Fully editable DWG file(s), architect-ready – Files must be compatible with AutoCAD and suitable for further architectural study, permits, and coordination The final DWG should function as a reliable base drawing, not a visual trace, allowing the architect to work efficiently without needing to redraw the plans from scratch.
