Dear Sir/Madam: Your requirements are very clear. I have been working in product design since 2008 using PTC/Creo software. I have designed numerous products and completed mold making, production, and assembly. I have extensive experience in mold making and 3D printing design. Because in the early stages of product development, I need to confirm the prototype assembly via 3D printing before communicating with the mold-making factory for Design for Manufacturability (DFM). The plastic material needs to be determined during product development, as different materials cannot be injection molded using the same mold.
