The design should be suitable for prototype development and future manufacturing. 2. 3D Printable Design Our 3D printer build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm. The model must be divided into multiple printable sections that can be printed separately and assembled afterward. Assembly joints, alignment features, and connection points should be incorporated into the design to ensure accurate fitting and structural strength. 3. Technical Information & Engineering Details Provide complete dimensions and technical specifications. Include assembly drawings and exploded views. Provide manufacturing-ready CAD files and detailed measurements for all major components. 4.
