I need a 3D CAD designer to create a compact wearable electronics enclosure for a smart posture trainer device. The enclosure will be used for 3D printing, so the design must be practical, clean, and print-ready. Reference design: I want a smooth rounded capsule/pebble-shaped device similar to the attached reference images. Approximate outer device size: 65 mm × 45 mm × 22 mm Internal components: The enclosure needs space for: • PCB / component assembly • Battery • Vibration motor • IMU sensor • USB-C charging port • LED indicator • Side button / switch Design requirements: • Smooth premium rounded body • Matte white outer look • Wellbeing logo area on the front • Small LED indicator on the top/front side • USB-C port opening • Side button opening • Two-part enclosure: top cover + bottom cover • Screw closing system • Internal PCB mounting posts • Space for battery and vibration motor • Back clip / mounting provision so it can be attached to clothing • Rounded edges for comfortable wearable use • Wall thickness around 1.5 mm to 2 mm • Design should be suitable for FDM/SLA 3D printing Deliverables required: • STL file for 3D printing • STEP file for future editing/manufacturing • 3D render images of the final design • Front, back, side and exploded view if possible Please only apply if you have experience in designing electronics enclosures or wearable product casings.
