I need a complete 3D CAD model of a small, four-legged robot dog built in Autodesk Inventor. Every joint and limb has to move through a belt-drive transmission, so the assembly must include pulleys, belts, shafts, housings, and the clearances they need for smooth motion. The chassis and limbs will be fabricated primarily in plastic, so please size walls, ribs, and fastener bosses with common FDM/SLA printing guidelines in mind while keeping the structure stiff enough for light payloads. Metal screws, shafts, or bearings are fine where plastic cannot cope with stress. As soon as we start I’ll share motor torque data and belt specs; you’ll translate those into pulley diameters, belt lengths, and tensioning features, then verify that nothing clashes during a full walking cycle. Deliverables • Inventor (.ipt, .iam) assembly fully constrained and named logically • 2D manufacturing drawings and an exploded view for easy fabrication • Optional but welcome: a short screen-capture or animation showing one full gait to prove the belts stay clear Acceptance criteria: the model exports to STL without errors, belts run free of interference at max joint travel, and the assembly opens in Inventor with no missing references. If you’ve designed small quadruped robots or any belt-driven mechanisms before, please link a sample when you bid so I can see your approach.
