HI there thank you for posting thi opportunity. I am a mechanical engineer from ON Canada. I have been a solidworks certified professional since 2007. I have the CAD CAM feature on my Solidworks premium software. By using this feature in my design technique instead of just using cut/extrude feature to shape my model I would start with a raw block and select a cutter. The software will take rough cuts and leave stock for finishing/ heat treating, then re load for finish cuts. Let me know Ill get started right away. Thanks
