I’m finalising a compact strobe light and now need a production-ready 3D CAD file for the outer housing that I can send straight to the 3-D printer. The model must be tailored for plastic printing—think standard FDM or SLA tolerances—so the usual attention to draft angles, wall thickness and minimal support requirements will be important. Please integrate: • Clearly defined mounting points and screw holes that line up with our existing bracket (I’ll share the bracket file once we start). • A shaped internal compartment large enough for the electronics pack; I’ll provide the board and battery dimensions so you can nest them neatly. No 2-D drawings are necessary; I only need the fully parametric 3-D file plus a clean STL/STEP export. Once printed, the shell should clip together firmly, keep the electronics snug and leave room for a silicone gasket I’ll add later. Deliverables accepted when: – All dimensions match the spec I give you within ±0.2 mm. – Mounting holes and interior features print successfully in a single test piece without extra supports. – You hand over the editable source file and the final STL/STEP.

Hello, I see the key challenge is designing a compact strobe housing that prints cleanly while maintaining ±0.2 mm tolerances and proper mounting alignment. I have strong experience creating parametric CAD models for FDM/SLA printing with optimized wall thickness, draft angles, and support-free internal features. I will design a precise housing with integrated mounting points, internal electronics compartment, and clip-fit assembly ready for STL/STEP export and reliable printing. Could you share the bracket file and PCB/battery dimensions to align the mounting holes and internal cavity accurately? Also, do you have preferred wall thickness or printer type to ensure optimal tolerances? Best regards,

Hello, I can design a production-ready 3D CAD model for your strobe light housing that is optimized specifically for FDM or SLA printing. The design will include proper wall thickness, draft considerations, and geometry that minimizes the need for supports while ensuring strong, clean prints. I’ll integrate the mounting points and screw holes to match your existing bracket once you share the file, and create a well-fitted internal compartment to securely hold the electronics pack based on the board and battery dimensions. You’ll receive the fully parametric source file along with clean STL and STEP exports, ensuring the model prints accurately within the ±0.2 mm tolerance you specified. The enclosure will also allow space for your future silicone gasket and ensure the parts clip together securely. https://www.freelancer.com/u/proggon Best regards, Wahaj
