I have a working concept for a modular aero cockpit that must outperform existing clip-on extensions in both aerodynamics and, above all, high adjustability. The system combines carbon-fiber laminate plates with PA12 / carbon-reinforced nylon parts produced on an HP MJF printer, so every joint, clamp and transition has to be engineered for a hybrid lay-up and printed construction. What I will hand over: rough sketches, dimensions taken from a Canyon Speedmax, and the target adjustment ranges for stack, reach and pad angle. Your task is to turn these notes into a clean parametric 3D model in Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, keep it organised for fast edits, and export STEP files that a carbon shop and a service-bureau printer can use without re-work. Because the first prototype will be raced, every part must pass a common-sense DFM check for both autoclaved carbon and SLS/MJF nylon: wall thickness, fastening inserts, bonding surfaces and torque specs all need to be called out. I expect quick iteration—normally overnight—after I test-fit prints on the bike.
