Hi there, I read through your requirements and this is straightforward work for me, taking sketches and measurements and turning them into a proper solid model that a machinist can actually use without guessing. I usually start by locking down the critical dimensions and tolerances first since that's what actually matters for manufacturing, then build the geometry around that so nothing shifts later. I work with parametric solids so if you need a dimension changed after review it updates cleanly instead of me rebuilding the part. I'll send screenshots or short screen recordings at each major step so you can check features before I move forward, that way there's no surprise at the end. Once you approve everything I'll hand over the native file along with STEP and DWG so it's ready for either CNC or additive depending on what your shop needs.
