As I've previously worked in the food industry at a chain pub/restaurant I already have a good framework for envisioning more efficient and patron/employee satisfaction and ease. As a environment artist I could get the base of my considered design following your brief done timely as a initial blockout without lighting or texturing. Once you are satisfied with the layout I can quickly texture and light the scene and take some high-quality screenshots to which if there are any specific areas you want high-lighted I can take those screenshots as well. I can also include a simple cinematic of a camera panning across the scene. I will be modelling in Maya and dressing the scene in Unreal Engine, I am open to the number of revisions needed and realistic turnaround will be between 7-14 days, as If I'm being honest am currently relocating with my home PC so I couldn't give an exact date. If your start date for the project is around the time of the bid ending (12-13th of Feb) I can get the project done within 2 weeks.
