I need a printable rack-and-pinion model that works with my MG99R servo. The rack must measure 25 cm overall, and a 180-degree rotation of the pinion has to translate the rack exactly 20 cm. I will share a reference image so you can match the form factor. The design is intended for plastic printing, so please size the teeth and wall thickness accordingly and avoid features that complicate FDM manufacturing. I also want mounting holes integrated into both rack and pinion supports so I can fasten the assembly to a small plywood plate. Before delivery you can send a quick screenshot or STEP preview for confirmation, but the final hand-off has to include: • Clean, watertight STL files for rack, pinion, and any simple support plates • A short note specifying gear parameters (module, tooth count, pitch circle) so I can reproduce or tweak the model later I’ll test-fit the parts on the servo horn; as long as the rack travels 200 mm within the half-turn and there’s no tooth interference, the job will be considered done.
