Hi, I can help with this. I design fabricated steel and timber structures with full 3D models and renders regularly, so the stair comes out buildable, not just good looking. For modern timber, metal and glass, a steel mono stringer with timber treads and frameless glass balustrade is usually the cleanest route. I design to NCC riser and going limits and the 125 mm balustrade gap rule, so the concept you approve can go straight to a fabricator. I would like to confirm few things. 1. What is the floor to floor height and the plan space, straight, L shape, or U? 2. Is this for an actual build or a visual concept only? It changes how much fabrication detail goes into the model. Would be great to see the space or floor plan first so I can align the stair geometry in the right direction. Regards
