20 Simplified Floor Plan Series

I need a quick-turn set of 20 basic floor plans that I can drop onto lot drawings to check fit and orientation. The set must cover three footprint styles—rectangle, square and L-shape—beginning at 1,500 sq ft and increasing in 200 sq ft steps right up to 5,500 sq ft. Only the external walls should be shown; all interior partitions are deliberately omitted. Inside each drawing, place the length and width dimensions on the inner faces of the exterior walls, then add this exact note in the centre: “This plan is for situating plan on lot to determine fit and orientation. Internal walls intentionally removed.” I’ll supply my existing theme/template so line weights, fonts and title-block styling stay consistent, but this assignment focuses purely on the outer shell. Work in whatever software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.—as long as the final output meets the following acceptance criteria: • 25 individual plans delivered as crisp, high-resolution PNG files • Landscape orientation for every sheet • Each file clearly named by shape and square footage (e.g. “Rectangle 1,( L and W) • Dimensions shown only for overall length and width, no external extension lines beyond the wall faces • Note text centred and fully legible at standard print scale Once you deliver the full PNG set I’ll review against the size progression, dimension placement and note wording. If everything aligns, the project is complete—no extra detailing required.
