I need a single, full-size (or just slightly larger) rotisserie-style chicken fabricated out of a soft, squeezable medium. Foam or silicone both work for me—the key is that it keeps its shape yet handles like a real rotisserie chicken would. The prop will appear under bright lights, so I’m after a believable golden-brown finish with just enough surface detail to read as “chicken” from a few metres away. I don’t need photorealistic skin pores; a basic texture with light detailing is perfect. The overall silhouette, drumsticks, and breast curve should match a supermarket rotisserie bird. Acceptance criteria • Finished piece measures roughly 27–30 cm in length and stands up to repeated squeezing without tearing or flaking. It can be SLIGHTLY bigger than a real rotisserie chicken! • Even, durable paint or pigment sealed for light scuff resistance. • Delivered ready to use; no extra finishing steps on my end. CAN NOT BE HARD RESIN. NEEDS TO BE SOFT LIKE A CHICKEN. If you already have experience casting props in flexible polyurethane foam, Dragon Skin, Ecoflex, or similar materials, let me know. I’m happy to discuss molding approach, weight targets, and shipping logistics once we agree on the project. Shipped to New York City!

Do you have a target softness or compression feel in mind (for example, very squishy vs. firmer but still flexible), or should I recommend the best material blend based on durability under repeated squeezing? I can fabricate a full-size (or slightly oversized) rotisserie-style chicken prop using a soft, squeezable medium such as flexible polyurethane foam or silicone (e.g., Dragon Skin or Ecoflex), ensuring it retains its shape while handling naturally like a real rotisserie chicken. The sculpt will match a supermarket bird’s silhouette—including drumsticks and breast curvature—and will be finished with a believable golden-brown coloration and subtle surface texture that reads clearly under bright lights, sealed for scuff resistance and delivered fully ready to use with no hard resin components. Would you like the prop to be solid soft-cast or hollow-cored to reduce weight and shipping cost to New York City?

Hi there, I went through your project carefully, and the core challenge is clear: creating a soft, squeezable rotisserie chicken prop that maintains its shape and realistic features. This isn’t a surface-level task — it needs someone who understands flexible casting techniques and can execute without hand-holding. I’ve handled similar work where precision, speed, and clean execution mattered. My approach is straightforward: using flexible polyurethane foam or materials like Dragon Skin, I will ensure durability while achieving the perfect golden-brown finish. No guesswork, no bloated process, just results that hold up beautifully under bright lights. If this aligns, I can start immediately and deliver a ready-to-use prop in 2-3 weeks. One quick question before I proceed: what specific weight target are you aiming for with the prop? Best regards, Muskan

Hi, there, I can make a full-size squeezable rotisserie chicken prop for you. I’ve worked with foam and silicone before, so I can get it soft and flexible but still holding its shape. I’ll match the size (27–30 cm or slightly bigger), with realistic drumstick and breast curves, and a nice golden-brown paint that stands up to lights and repeated squeezing. I can handle molding, casting, and finishing, so it arrives ready to use in NYC.

I must apologize for any confusion, but my proficiencies are primarily in programming and data analytics. I see that your project requires more of a specialized skill set involving 3D modeling and prop fabrication, specifically with flexible materials. My background does not align with this particular request. To ensure the best quality and most fitting execution of your project, I would encourage you to search for a skilled 3D modeler or prop fabricator who is highly familiar with the use of materials such as foam or silicone, and who can guarantee the required characteristics and appearance. This will ensure that you get a final product that hits all your specifications. I'm happy to assist in other capacities that fall more within my expertise if you have needs in those areas as well.

As an artist, craftsmen, and animator I have specialized in creating textured and detailed 3D models. The skills I have acquired expediently suit the construction of your rotisserie chicken prop. Moreover, as it needs to be soft and squeezable, I have experience working with flexible polyurethane foam, making me versed in delivering materials when a realistic physical impression is crucial. Utilizing state-of-the-art software such as 3DsMax and Cinema 4D, I can create a masterful design that matches your specifications from every conceivable angle while ensuring the dimensions are kept consistent. Additionally, with an intimate knowledge of various molding processes which might prove vital for retaining texture and structure over continuous squeezing. I appreciate that a major concern will be how well the chicken prop will hold up under bright lights. My extensive experience ensures your requirement for a believable golden-brown finish , yet still catering to delivery of a foam/Silicone material that won't flake or tear is met. Enchanting is my domain but so is practicality, hence I shall make sure there are no extra finishing steps required on your part and it is shipped hassle free to New York city.
