Upscale Beer Garden and Food Truck Park Design

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Project Title: Beer Garden + Food Truck Park Layout & 3D Rendering (Outdoor Commercial Concept) Project Overview: I am developing an upscale, family-friendly beer garden and food truck park concept in Texas and need help creating a visual site layout and 2–3 realistic 3D renderings to present to property owners. I already have a property survey/site plan, which I will provide. The goal is to convert that into a clean, visually appealing concept layout and renderings (not full construction-level CAD drawings). Scope of Work: 1. Site Layout (Top View / Concept Plan) Create a clean, labeled layout based on the survey showing: • Existing building (to be repurposed) • Food truck parking area (aligned in a straight row along the fence on the front right side when facing the property) • Outdoor seating areas • Canopy seating area in the front • Pathways and circulation • Clearly defined zones (family-friendly layout) 2. Interior Concept (Existing Building) The existing structure will be converted into: • Beer tap area / bar setup • Walk-in cooler room • Small prep area with sink and refrigerator • ADA-compliant restrooms with multiple stalls This does not need to be a detailed architectural plan, just a clean conceptual layout. 3. Outdoor Concept Design Include: • Fire pit seating areas • Ambient/string lighting throughout • Kids play area (small, family-friendly zone) • Landscaping and greenery • Open seating areas (mix of picnic tables and casual seating) 4. 3D Renderings (2–3 Images) Create realistic 3D visuals showing: • Daytime view of the space • Nighttime ambiance (lighting, fire pits, overall atmosphere) • Overall look and feel of an upscale, welcoming beer garden Style / Vision: • Modern, clean, slightly upscale but still casual • Warm lighting and inviting atmosphere • Family-friendly and social environment • Outdoor beer garden + food truck park with good flow and layout Important Notes: • This is a conceptual project, not final engineering drawings • Focus on visual clarity and presentation quality • Must be based on provided site survey dimensions Deliverables: • 1 site layout (top view, labeled) • 2–3 high-quality 3D render images Bonus (if included): • Minor revisions • Suggestions for layout improvements MUST BE BASED ON ACTUAL TITLE LAND SURVEY.
