3d characters and environment for mobile game

Hello , I am looking for someone who can make 3d rigged characters (supporting mixamo animations) and environment for game development. I hope the one who take job is familiar with "Unity 3d environment" as Unity is being used for game development. Please ignore the cube theme used in video. It was made for demonstrating game mechanics. The basic idea of game is to make player explore different paths to find the way out(you can think of it as maze game with obstacles) by facing various obstacles
The job can be divided into 3 parts :
1) Coming up with good theme suitable to game with rough samples(not necessary to provide proper game characters). This part is just to check your capabilities.
2) 3D characters compatible with mixamo animations. Characters should be simple and appealing.
3) Building blocks for environment.
