Technical Requirements (Functional Simplicity) Reference-Based Design: Use the attached images as the primary guide for the mechanical aesthetic and layout. Structural Material: Use standard steel profiles to minimize weight and simplify local workshop fabrication. Degrees of Freedom (3 Axes): Focus only on three movements: Base Rotation (360°), Pillar Elevation (Z-axis), and Jib Extension/Retraction. Pump System: Nozzle only; the external concrete pump is outside the design scope. Simply provide a dedicated intake port at the nozzle head. 3. Engineering Solutions for Smooth Movement Bearings: Incorporate a slewing bearing at the base to handle axial and radial loads during rotation. Sliding Guides: Use Teflon or Bronze wear pads in the telescopic sections to prevent metal-on-metal friction. Cable Management: Integrate a flexible Cable Carrier (Drag Chain) along the jib to protect hydraulic hoses, as seen in the reference images. Stability: Ensure the center of gravity is maintained; include a simple counterweight to minimize jib deflection. 4.
