Hola. Estoy buscando un Ingeniero Mecánico o Proyectista/Diseñador de Tuberías (Piping Designer) con experiencia comprobable para modelar en 3D y elaborar los planos mecánicos constructivos de la interconexión de un biodigestor industrial. El proyecto abarca dos sistemas críticos: el movimiento de fluidos pesados (agua/lodos) mediante bombas, y la línea de captación, conducción y seguridad del biogás (gas inflamable y húmedo). ALCANCE DEL TRABAJO (ENTREGABLES): 1. Diagramas de Tuberías e Instrumentación (P&ID): Validación y ajuste del diagrama de flujo de procesos (equipos, válvulas de alivio, trampas de condensados, sensores, etc.). 2. Modelado 3D Completo: Distribución de equipos, ruteo de tuberías industriales y análisis de interferencias (clash detection). 3. Planos de Planta y Elevación (Layouts): Planos generales acotados para la ubicación en obra de los skids de bombeo, sopladores y sistema de antorcha. 4. Planos Isométricos de Tuberías: Planos de detalle listos para fabricación, incluyendo la Lista de Materiales (MTO / Bill of Materials) automatizada. REQUISITOS DEL FREELANCER: - Experiencia demostrable en diseño de tuberías para plantas de tratamiento de agua (PTAR), biodigestores o industria química/gas. - Dominio avanzado de software de modelado inteligente de Piping (Preferiblemente AutoCAD Plant 3D, CADWorx, o Revit MEP Industrial). - Conocimiento y aplicación de la norma ASME B31.3 (Process Piping). - Criterio técnico para selección de materiales en ambientes corrosivos (HDPE/PEAD, Acero Inoxidable 304/316, PVC Cédula 80). - Idioma: Español (o inglés fluido). - Experiencia sólida en Diagramas P&ID.
