Drone Survey for Construction

I need a licensed, insured drone pilot to capture a full aerial survey of an active construction site and turn the raw data into planning-ready mapping products. The goal is to give my civil engineers georeferenced intelligence they can drop straight into their CAD and BIM workflows. Scope • Fly the site to collect high-resolution imagery suitable for precise surveying and mapping. • Process the data into an orthomosaic image, a detailed topographic map, and a true-scale 3D surface model. • Deliver the files in commonly used, georeferenced formats (GeoTIFF for the orthomosaic, DXF/SHP or equivalent for the contours, and OBJ/LAZ for the 3D mesh), ready for import into AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D. Acceptance • Ground Sampling Distance no coarser than 2 cm/pixel. • Horizontal and vertical accuracy within ±3 cm, verified with ground control. • All outputs aligned to the local coordinate system we will provide before the flight. I’m happy to discuss flight plans, GCP placement, or which stack (DroneDeploy, Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape, RealityCapture) you prefer, as long as the final deliverables meet the accuracy targets above and arrive within one week of the flight.
