3D modeling and rendering

Hi all
Looking for a 3d designer to create 3d models of all components of a pumpjack.
I will supply 2d technical drawings of each component, these include measurements and are pdf format.
There are 28 drawings in total.
I know it may sound like a lot but some drawings are very simple and could take seconds for an experienced designer to create.
The final 3d models drawings should be supplied in STL format.
In addition I need the models to be rendered. I am looking for basic rendering nothing too fancy.
Not sure if matters but when rendering consider the models will be 3d printed in plastic material.
I have attached a drawing of the pumpjack itself.
This is just for reference as I don't need this to be 3D just the components.
