I need a 3D designer and printer

I am doing up a car and have purchased a rear wiper for it. These are hard to come by as they often fail and people would throw them in the bin. Anyway, one of the rectangular plastic covers for the motor unit of the wiper is damaged beyond repair. I need a new one drawn up and printed. Is this something that you are able to do?
