Pixel tree design, prototype and possible production

This will be a steel built frame that holds 16 Smart LED pixel strips. It will be an outdoor holiday prop that plays images and design. I just need the frame design and construction done, with some sort of rail that holds in the 1/2" strips. I will handle the electronics aspect. I expect this to be made from 1/2 square hollow steel which will need to be powder coated. Once awarded I will order and send you a sample strip to make it easier to design the track portion.

This will need to be able to break down and ship in no larger than a 5-6" shipping tube. It will also need to be able to be put together by the average consumer.... so very easy, but sturdy enough to stay up in the worst winter weather.

There will be another piece that it will lean up against, but that's and easy project and we can do that later.

I would prefer a company that is in a country that's easy to ship to and from, like Mexico.
