Antes de sugerir um caminho: Você já tem o modelo exato da placa/ESP32 e dos componentes em 3D (STEP/STL), ou eu preciso partir de medidas/fotos? Já desenhei cases plásticas compactas para IoT com ESP32 e similares, pensando em fixação, encaixe de cabos e viabilidade para impressão ou injeção. Se puder enviar o datasheet da placa, medidas, fotos ou qualquer arquivo 3D que já tenha, reviso e te digo o que é viável dentro do que você precisa.
