Create a 3d print file for a 6" exhaust hose for 3d printers based on a drawing. The image is an illustration created by CHAT GPT and is not a true architectural drawing. It illustrates the concept. Needs to have an above ceiling connector with 2 insets for stainless steel clamps, a pass through area with accommodation for a 6.25" ceiling pass through hole, then a lower connection shroud, basically identical to the one above, except it will have a twist-lock collar to secure the unit. The sheet rock is 1/2". The sides of the collar will be solid (not open). Revisions will be allowed until the unit is fully satisfactory. A progress payment of 75% will be paid when initial file is rendered, but it might be up to 2 weeks before the final approval (provided the file is viable and printable). This is because the file will need to be printed and tested. May require more than one revision. Target printer is Bambu labs H series (H2D, H2C). I will print and test for fitment. May require 1 - 3 revisions for fitment and suitability for task. Deliverable includes Fusion 360 (f3d), STEP (.step), STL (.stl), 3MF (.3mf), Source CAD files are required as part of the deliverables. Rendered image showing individual parts (should be 2).
