3D Floor Plan with Furnishings

I already have the architectural layout in both AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF, and now I need it brought to life as a realistic 3-dimensional floor plan that shows the full spatial arrangement, complete with the essential furniture and built-in fixtures. You will receive the clean CAD file (plus the matching PDF for reference) the moment we start. From that, I’m expecting a polished 3D model that clearly communicates room sizes and circulation, but also shows where sofas, beds, kitchen units, bathroom fittings and similar elements sit inside the space. No decorative styling is needed beyond those functional pieces; the focus is on accurate placement and proportions so the plan can be shared with contractors and clients who prefer a visual walk-through view. Because timing is critical, I’d like to see a first draft as soon as possible, followed by any tweaks so we can wrap up quickly. When we’re done, please deliver: • High-resolution rendered images (top-down axonometric or bird’s-eye perspective) • The editable 3D source file in the software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar—whichever you prefer, as long as I can request minor revisions later) If you have recent samples of similar floor-plan visualisations, that will help me award the project faster.
