Here’s what I need from you: • A revised floor plan that maximises the existing footprint without expanding walls. • Mood boards and material palettes that convey a refined, luxury feel—think rich textures, warm metals, elegant stone, and integrated ambient lighting. • Photorealistic 3D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar with V-Ray/Corona) illustrating daytime and evening ambience. • A concise specification sheet listing fixtures, furniture, fabrics, and lighting, with sourcing suggestions that can be procured locally or shipped within reasonable lead times. • Final construction drawings in AutoCAD (or compatible) that a contractor can build from. Key considerations: acoustic control for private client discussions, discreet storage for prototypes, and display niches that subtly showcase signature pieces without turning the room into a retail space. I’m open to modern, classic, or creative touches so long as the overall impression is unmistakably premium. Deliver all working files plus high-resolution images ready for board presentation.
