Modern Exterior 3D Photomontage

I am finalising a new building concept and now need striking exterior visuals placed directly into real-world photos of the parcel and its neighbourhood. You will receive high-resolution site photographs, CAD plans and a mood board that captures the modern style I’m after. Your task is to build an accurate 3D model, apply the referenced materials and finishes, then blend it seamlessly with the supplied shots so the building facade, proposed landscaping and the surrounding environment all feel naturally lit and true to scale. Photorealism is the goal—the renders must be good enough for both client marketing and the planning submission. Deliverables • 3–5 high-resolution photomontage images (daylight; at least one street-level, one aerial or semi-aerial, and one close facade view) • Native source file with textures intact (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) • Up to two revision rounds to fine-tune materials or camera angles Please let me know which software and render engine you prefer to use, your typical turnaround time for a first draft, and links to a few comparable projects.
