I’ll shape the lobby with warm layered light, a feature wall, a small concierge nook, clear way‑finding, and seats for quick pause. For dining, I’ll plan efficient aisles, a flexible table mix, CRI 90+ lighting that flatters food, and table settings that shoot well. Guest rooms get calm lines, durable finishes (HPL, stain‑resist fabric), smart storage, USB‑C power, blackout and quiet sleep. i would like to know the below. 1) Can you share a dimensioned DWG/Revit with ceiling heights, MEP points, and a few site photos? 2) What native app + render engine should I use for source files (Blender/Cycles, 3ds Max/Corona, SketchUp/V‑Ray), and any brand palette to follow? I think we should. - Lock a finishes legend and lighting schedule early to cut rework. - Validate seating and flow with marked plans to confirm counts, ADA and egress. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I map guest‑flow and views; deliver mood boards per zone. 2) I block layouts and clearances; share quick clay renders for layout sign‑off. 3) I model details, materials, and lighting; send draft day/night renders. 4) I apply notes; deliver final high‑res renders, native source files, and a clear spec sheet.
