Modern Residential Facade Visualization

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Designer / 3D Visualizer to develop a modern exterior façade design, complete with 3D visualization and detailed working drawings, based on an existing finalized floor plan (DWG will be provided). This project requires not only aesthetic design but also execution-ready drawings suitable for structural coordination and contractor implementation. Scope of Work Exterior Facade Concept Design Develop a modern architectural façade Preferred material: Concrete-based design Proper paint scheme with coordinated accent colors Clean lines, balanced proportions, and contemporary styling Practical projections and shading elements Design must align with structural feasibility At least 2 concept options preferred. 3D Modeling & Visualization Accurate 3D model based on provided floor plan Realistic material finishes (concrete texture, paint, accents) High-quality exterior renders (minimum front view) Daylight realistic lighting and shadows Presentation-ready images Detailed Working Drawings (Mandatory) The freelancer must provide execution-level drawings including: Front & side elevations (dimensioned) Sectional details Facade detailing for projections and concrete elements Parapet and sunshade details Window framing details Paint/material schedule Levels and height references Drawings must be suitable for: Structural engineer review (load consideration) Contractor execution On-site implementation Deliverables Concept façade design 3D model file (Lumion / V RAY / 3ds Max or agreed format) 3–5 high-resolution rendered images Complete working drawings (DWG + PDF) Material & paint schedule sheet Requirements Strong portfolio in modern architectural façade design Experience in concrete façade detailing Understanding of structural coordination Ability to produce execution-ready working drawings Good communication and revision flexibility Project Information Floor plan available in DWG Building type: (Specify – Residential -Commercial) Preferred style: Modern Preferred material: Concrete with clean paint scheme & accents Timeline To be mutually agreed Please Share: Portfolio of similar projects Software used Estimated delivery time Number of revisions included Whether working drawings are included in quoted price Important Note: This is not only a 3D visualization project.
