I have the full set of architects’ elevations for three new-build houses and now need them turned into striking, photorealistic visuals that will sit on a large roadside sales board. The board has to sell the lifestyle at a glance, so crisp detail, realistic lighting, and an authentic urban backdrop are essential. You will receive: – PDF and DWG elevations for all three properties – A concise colour and material schedule (brick tone, roof finish, window frames, front-door colours, etc.) What I need in return is a high-resolution render of each house, each one fully dressed in the specified materials and sitting naturally in an urban streetscape. The final images must hold up at print sizes of at least 2 m wide without pixelation, so please work at 300 dpi or supply a native layered file large enough for that output. I’m happy to clarify angles, time-of-day lighting or any other creative details once you have reviewed the drawings. Prompt communication and an eye for subtle realism will be highly valued, as the board has already been booked with the printer.
