Residential Architect for Modern Garden Project

Good morning, I am looking for an architect / landscape designer for the complete design of a residential project located in Bamako (Mali). Dimensions of the land: - Street side facade: 12 meters - Depth: 25 meters - Total area: 300 m² - Rectangular land Project objective: Create a dominant modern garden, while integrating a F2 apartment built above part of the ground floor (parking or terrace). The garden must remain the main element of the project.
