Macintosh Programming

I would like someone to make a program like Audio Hijack from Rogue Amoeba but for Video instead of audio. It has to be able to work in Mac OS X and it should allow people to do other tasks while it is capturing the streaming video like Real and Windows Media Player formats. I will pay to buy the rights to the program. I would love for this to be programmed in Cocoa, but that is not a requirement.
