Upgrade Software C++ & VB

I have some software that I love (and so do my customers) and it has taken to acting-out. I obtained the source code and need it "fixed" as well as I'd like to add some features. Whomever gets the bid for this project needs to have something in their possession called MSFlexGrid, and I did not get it when I bought the original source code. That is the missing ingredient to get this project rolling.
