We had a part time LLC project last year end up being more successful than we thought, and almost no time for accounting or research on accounting and tax strategy. Now just ahead of tax time, we need someone to literally go through all bank, credit card and financial statements, receipts, etc, and account for literally everything that took place in 2016 and in the start of 2017... or at least as much as possible, in an organized strategy, in consultation with us on the strategy. About $150,000 moved around... in around a thousand transactions.
The end result should be:
-Data entry and populating all transactions sorted into quickbooks and setting up quickbooks in a custom way completely for our future use -Financial statements e.g. balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, ready to file taxes. OPTIONAL: tax preparation one and the same with the project.
-Everything done with knowledge of LLC and LLP taxation and strategy/consultation with us on avoiding as much tax liability as possible.
