Fix a moved Drupal 7.7 Website

Job Description:
We moved a website from an old server to a newer server. After the move, the Drupal 7.7 website no longer loads - it just times out. We need someone to fix this website so that it works on the new server. We need someone to start right away please, and that person should be able to work relatively independently to fix this issue. The successful bidder will have full FTP, Plesk Control Panel and database access to work on the site.
