I need you to fill in a spreadsheet with data.
I have a Chrome extension that is meant to highlight sentences on a website that are assertions or claims to do with national economic statistics like population, unemployment and inflation, according to keywords. The sentences must contain 1) a mention of a country e.g. U.S. or America and 2) a mention of a statistic e.g. jobless rate, rate of unemployment.
Some sample sentences:
US unemployment is falling
Britain has a 2% fertility rate
Brazil's diesel prices are skyrocketting.
The list of statistics and the keywords we use are: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wwq8be5rDd1ChIMxER2-GX4qUl4CGVA8VjlzZBMVYc0/edit#gid=0.
The task will involve:
1. Download our Chrome extension Github repo and have this working on your machine.
2. Fill in the spreadsheet with 10 example sentences for each statistic type that a) should have been picked up but were not b) were picked up wrongly by the system.
The sentences can be obtained by testing the extension on articles, Tweets, Twitter timelines and also Facebook posts and timelines.
The goal is to obtain 10 bugs per the 30 statistics types in the sheet, i.e. 300 rows.
