Re-Create Company Logo in electronic formats

I need someone to take my existing company and product logos and put them into graphic files that I can use in PageMaker, Word, etc. Would like them in different Sizes (i.e. Letterhead, Envelope, CD Labels). I would like them in different formats as well (i.e. jpg, bmp, eps).
They should have an invisable background so I can place them on top of other graphics.
