Need a giftregistry System Built

Overview: What i need a website that allows businesses to register company profiles in a gift registry system and shoppers to create free gift registries by using an android app to scan barcodes in participating shops and once they have got there list hey can share a url via text, email or facebook so the precipitant can see whats on the list and where to find the shops. Once a person buys the item they click a tick and it updates the list so others can see that the item has been purchased. Part One: Hosted Site Required Features: - Businesses must be able to register there business profile (Profile includes logo, address, website, email, phone number) - Barcode Database integrated with [login to view URL], amazon lookup and option for shops to import barcodes and product names. - Public Function - People should be able to the created gift registry list when they have the unique link. - ability for guests to mark products they brought to prevent repeat purchases - mobile responsive Part Two: Android App: Required Functions: - Create Gift Registry (by scanning barcodes and selecting businesses where the products can be found) - Use camera as a barcode scanner - Integrated with the hosted site - Able to create a user account - The ability once the gift registry is created to share a unique link (unique link is the domain name of hosted site [login to view URL]) via email, text or facebook. - Ability to edit and keep track of created gift registry's.
