Vehicle Tracking with OpenCV and C++ on iOS system

“Vehicle Tracking” to detect contours of moving vehicle from onboard view. Project need to be native code in iOS apps, and will use cameras on the phone. The apps must be opensourced and based on OpenCV only including the required components to make the app run without a dependency on another app being installed on the phone.
Looking for well documented and well optimized code that will appear to be smooth movement to the user.
Support drawing a rectangular line around the front moving vehicle
