Perform Calculations and Display

Job Description:
I have a component with a set of 4 forms where user can enter data that is stored in the database. We then compute some calculations and display data to the user. We need to do the following:
1) In form 1, we currently have a variable $r2 set to a fixed value. We need to change this such that $r2 = abs(sum(withdrawal)/sum(deposits))-1. Withdrawal and deposits are numbers that are stored in a table in the database.
2) We need to calculate some numbers based on data input by user in 3 other forms. Data from forms and calculated number needs to be saved to database.
3) We need to generate 2 Manage screens that allows user to add, change and delete forms and also to list current forms. Please see picture.
4) We need to modify forms such that user can change input and see different result.
User must be available to talk on Skype.
