simple booking system diary /emailer web based

I need this website to function correctly [login to view URL] Click make a booking, login is mike password is mike2011 Basically i need to give out 10 user names that can login and book 1 of the 2 kitchens The calendar app (Gmail) is not working properly and never has,a previous freelancer failed to deliver so you need to re-think the google calendar approach. see attached for how it should look. client needs to log in and be able to view bookings and make a booking. It needs to prevent duplicate bookings, there are 2 kitchens and if they are both booked it should say "sorry no availability" When somebody clicks on a day then it should bring up the booking template (see attached) When they have filled it in it needs to email a set email address with the booking details - Essential! You dont have to pay anything its just a booking the event will then show up in calendar view and certain users can admin to delete but all should be able to view Needs urgent delivery Can you do this, please think extremely hard about this as no milestone will be released until it functions correctly!
