Excellent Web Design & PHP Integration

I need an exceptional web design, with flash integration. The design is for a web development company , e-commerce, consultancy, networking etc. The company has a design at the moment they would want all info in their present site up in their new site. Apart from designing, they would require you setup/code their admin panel and client login panel. Basically admin panel as contact information of clients, Clients Domain information, auto domain renewal mails / reminder, Newsletter feature, Project details and progress, programmer/vendor dealing with project etc. Client login will have details like, project details, information on new updates, helpdesk. We need the web design to be excellent and the clinet login must also be very appealing and professional.
